| Placing an Order: |

for any reason we see fit. Should your credit card have already been
charged, we will refund you the full amount charged to your card (not
inclusive of any fees you may have incurred as a result of this charge).
You may be charged an international currency fee if you use a credit card.
This fee is your responsibility and Revolving Styles is not obligated to
pay for this charge.

| Typographical Errors: |
In the event that a
Revolving Styles product is mistakenly listed at an
incorrect price, Revolving Styles reserves the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and
your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for
the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the
incorrect price.
