Merchandise Selection

Resolving Styles supplies authentic vintage items found in various estate sales, garage sales, vintage stores, and anywhere else that possesses aesthetically pleasing vintage items. When selecting the vintage pieces, we attempt to choose pieces that are in great condition and wearable. We will note the condition of each piece and describe any deficiencies of the item, if there are any. Please remember that these are authentic vintage items and the best items will still show a little wear. But, that is what gives these clothes character and style.

Please make sure to wash or dry clean the items before you wear them yourself.

Quality ratings

We indicate the condition of each piece in the description portion under these categories:

Excellent- The item is in perfect with no visible deficiencies. Looks like new.
Very Good- The item is in nearly perfect condition but may have minor deficiencies such as minor wear, minor stains and/or tears that are barely noticeable..
Good- The item looks worn, but still wearable. Needs cleaning.

Also, if there are any flaws, it will be noted under the description of the item.

Measurement and Sizing

Vintage pieces carry different sizes than modern day. To ensure you choose an item that fits you, we provide detailed measurements of the bust, waist, and hip of the vintage items to help you in your selection. All of these measurements are taken while the garment is laid flat. Find these measurements on one of your own well-fitted garments and compare those measurements to ours.

1. To measure the bust, measure right under one armpit to the other armpit like the following picture:

2. To measure the waist of a shirt or dress, measure the thinnest part of the waist.

3. To measure the hips, find the widest part of the hips and measure from one end to the other. For pants or skirts, this would be the top of item.

4. For pants, we measure the inseam, shown below.

Return Policies

On Revolving Styles, we will gladly accept returns only for store credit or exchange and if given a viable reason. Reasons that remain unacceptable are that the item does not fit or it shows wear. Our store provides accurate measurements and descriptions of the item and so these are not acceptable reasons for a refund. However, if an item is misrepresented in the description, it must be postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date and shipped via traceable and insured mail. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.

Shipping

Resolving Styles offers Standard Ground shipping, which usually takes anywhere from 5-10 days, Priority Mail, and Express shipping for U.S. residents and the U.S. isles. Prices are determined during the checkout process.

Resolving Styles is glad to ship internationally. We appreciate your business! Shipping will be calculated during checkout. We offer First Class International Mail and Priority Mail. If you would like to have it mailed overnight through Express mail, please contact us at help@revolvingstyles.com and we will get back to you with a quote. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are charged when your package reaches the country of destination. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days if the order was placed before 12 pm PST. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day. Business days are from Monday-Friday. We are not open during holidays.

Having trouble tracking your order? We can check the status of your order and update you. Email us at help@revolvingstyles.com with the date your order was placed, your order number, your full name and shipping address. Please allow seven business days before inquiring about your order.
